Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporz\u0105dzenia MAR – informacje poufne<\/p>\n

Zarz\u0105d DataWalk S.A. z siedzib\u0105 we Wroc\u0142awiu („Sp\u00f3\u0142ka”, „Emitent”) przekazuje w za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu informacje dotycz\u0105ce szacunkowych wybranych danych finansowych Grupy Kapita\u0142owej DataWalk („Grupa”) za 2025 r. wraz z danymi por\u00f3wnywalnymi.<\/p>\n

Przedstawione wyniki finansowe stanowi\u0105 szacunki uzyskane w trakcie przygotowywania rocznych sprawozda\u0144 finansowych. Emitent wskazuje, \u017ce sprawozdania finansowe s\u0105 przedmiotem badania przez niezale\u017cnego bieg\u0142ego rewidenta, w konsekwencji nie mo\u017cna wykluczy\u0107 mo\u017cliwo\u015bci zmiany w zakresie warto\u015bci wskazanych w niniejszym raporcie bie\u017c\u0105cym. Publikacja raportu okresowego b\u0119dzie mia\u0142a miejsce w dniu 31 marca 2026 r.<\/p>\n

W przypadku zaistnienia istotnych zmian wy\u017cej wskazanych danych, Emitent przeka\u017ce odr\u0119bny raport bie\u017c\u0105cy, zgodnie z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami.<\/p>\n

Powy\u017csze informacje zosta\u0142y uznane za spe\u0142niaj\u0105ce przes\u0142anki art. 7 ust. 1 MAR ze wzgl\u0119du na istotne, zdaniem Zarz\u0105du Sp\u00f3\u0142ki, zmiany wzgl\u0119dem okresu por\u00f3wnywalnego odnotowane w zakresie wyniku operacyjnego wypracowanego przez Grup\u0119 w 2025 r.<\/p>\n

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., with its registered seat in Wroclaw, Poland („Company”, „Issuer”), reports estimated selected financial data for the Data Walk Capital Group („Group”) for 2025, together with comparable data, attached to this report.<\/p>\n

The presented financial results are estimates obtained while preparing the annual financial statements. The Issuer indicates that the financial statements are the subject of an audit by an independent statutory auditor. Consequently, the possibility of a change in values indicated in this current report cannot be excluded. Publication of the interim report will take place on March 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

In the event of significant changes to the data mentioned above, the Issuer will submit a separate current report in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

The above information complies with the requirements of Art. 7 item 1 MAR due to significant, in the opinion of the Company’s Executive Board, changes relative to the comparable period recorded in terms of the consolidated operating result generated by the Group in 2025.<\/p>\n
