Jest to rozszerzenie wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy zawartej pierwotnie w 2024 r. (raport bie\u017c\u0105cy nr 7\/2024 z dnia 15 marca 2024 r.).<\/p>\n<p>Barclays Bank planuje poszerzy\u0107 zastosowanie oprogramowania DataWalk do zastosowa\u0144 analitycznych w zakresie analiz, monitorowania oraz inwestygacji w obszarach zwi\u0105zanych z szerokim zakresem operacji Biura Bezpiecze\u0144stwa (Chief Security Office). W ramach tej rozbudowy dodatkowe licencje b\u0119d\u0105 obs\u0142ugiwane w oparciu o obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cy model licencji terminowych.<\/p>\n<p>Zarz\u0105d Sp\u00f3\u0142ki uzna\u0142, \u017ce transakcja ta stanowi informacj\u0119 poufn\u0105, poniewa\u017c potwierdza zdolno\u015b\u0107 Emitenta do skutecznego utrzymywania i rozwijania warto\u015bciowych relacji w globalnym sektorze bankowym. Ponadto stopniowe przej\u015bcie na model oparty na cyklicznych subskrypcjach licencyjnych powinno poprawi\u0107 pozycj\u0119 konkurencyjn\u0105 Grupy Kapita\u0142owej Emitenta, potencjalnie wp\u0142ywaj\u0105c na przysz\u0142\u0105 sytuacj\u0119 finansow\u0105 i perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapita\u0142owej.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., registered in Wroclaw, Poland (&#8222;Company&#8221;, &#8222;Issuer&#8221;), hereby reports that the Company&#8217;s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has received an order from Barclays Execution Services Ltd (&#8222;Barclays Bank&#8221;), with headquarters in London, UK, for the purchase of an additional 2-year term licenses for the DataWalk analytical platform. This is an extension of the cooperation originally concluded in 2024 (Current Report No. 7\/2024 dated March 15, 2024).<\/p>\n<p>Barclays Bank plans to expand the use of DataWalk software for analytical applications covering analysis, monitoring, and investigation across the broad scope of the Chief Security Office&#8217;s operations. As part of this expansion, additional licenses will be serviced based on the currently applicable term license model.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board of the Company recognized that this transaction is confidential information, as it confirms the Issuer&#8217;s ability to successfully maintain and grow high-value relationships within the global banking sector.
